Refund of Amounts

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid back to us.

In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this purchase will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date of receipt of your decision on to cancel this agreement.

In principle, the amount is refunded to the same debit card with which the purchase was made, if this is not possible you will be refunded to your bank account.

It is therefore important that you provide us with your bank registration and account number.
